Mākslas vēsturnieks Ojārs Spārītis piedalās Kurzemes hercoga Gotharda bērnu - prinča Sigismunda Alberta (1567-1569), prinča Gotharda (1568-1570) un prinča Georga (1572) restaurēto sarkofāgu, kā arī Kurzemes hercogienes Elīzabetes Magdalēnas (1580-1649) restaurētā sarkofāga un mirstīgo atlieku iesvētīšanas pasākumā Kurzemes hercogu kapenēs Jelgavas pilī.

Art historian Ojārs Spārītis is participating in the restoration of the sarcophagi of the children of Duke Gothard of Courland—Prince Sigismund Albert (1567–1569), Prince Gothard (1568–1570), and Prince Georg (1572), as well as the ceremony for the consecration of the restored sarcophagus and the remains of Duchess Elizabeth Magdalena of Courland (1580–1649), and the consecration of their remains in the crypt of the Dukes of Courland at Jelgava Palace.
Short description
Art historian Ojārs Spārītis is participating in the restoration of the sarcophagi of the children of Duke Gothard of Courland—Prince Sigismund Albert (1567–1569), Prince Gothard (1568–1570), and Prince Georg (1572), as well as the ceremony for the consecration of the restored sarcophagus and the remains of Duchess Elizabeth Magdalena of Courland (1580–1649), and the consecration of their remains in the crypt of the Dukes of Courland at Jelgava Palace.
