Partijas "Katram un katrai" kongress, kurā valdes locekļi sniedz informāciju par partijas darbību un partijas dalībnieku pārstāvju sapulcē apstiprina jaunus partijas statūtus, mainot partijas nosaukumu uz "Platforma21", kā arī ievēl partijas valdes priekšsēdētāju un valdes locekļus, un Revīzijas komisijas locekļus.
